In addition to its powerful oven, the Frigidaire Gallery GCFI3060BF range features an induction cooktop for faster cooking. Induction heats your cookware directly for better results, and it keeps the surrounding area on the cooktop cooler for safer use and easier cleanup; you can simply wipe down the smooth surface of the cooktop. Water boils faster, steaks sear more evenly, and every meal is easier. The cooktop even features a bridge element that connects two elements to fit large cookware like a griddle. Before you invest in an induction range, though, make sure you have magnetic cookware to use.
