With Frozen Bake™ technology, you don't have to; just select the button for the corresponding frozen food you're cooking and enter the temperature and cook time based on the packaging. Then, the oven will calculate the best cook time based on that information. If you do have to preheat your oven, the lower oven's Rapid Preheat feature uses the rear fan inside to get the oven to your desired temperature faster than other models.
